are store bought energy drinks safe?

i work monday through friday.i probably have one 4 times throughout the week, i heard that red bull was not good for the kidnneys or liver or something, so i drink the monster drink but i still dont know if its safe.. i know they say it dehydrates you but i do drink some water, i am in the sun for periods at a time while working….never felt nauseus or anything.. just dont want it to be in the future wher the doc tells me “at sometime you feed your body something horrible.” or something like that. and what is my best alternative for energy booster that works?

How is it that the employees of an organic grocery store are obese?

I just found it quite odd to see obese employees at a store that specializes in organic foods. It was actually the female employees who were obese, from the cashiers right down to the stockers.

~years ago i decided to make a total lifestyle change when it came to my food choices. it was a lot of trial and error & i’m hoping to save you guys some time {and $} with my organic, natural, raw, vegan product reviews and suggestions. i consume …no red meat or pork, no dairy {meat dairy}, no shell fish or crustaceans {lol, mussels, escargot, shrimp, crab…}if you’d like an explanation about that…just ask….um…white pasta, white bread, white sugar…you’re starting to get the pattern… i do consume turkey, almond milk, cashew nut based cheese {literally all kinds}, macadamia nut based ice cream {insanely delicious}, agave nectar, kefir water, coconut water, whole grain pasta, whole grain bread, fresh fish from natural environment, tons of fruits and vegetables, seeds, and nuts…yum!

Scientific literature that examines the health benefits of organic food?

Can someone please find me scientific literature that specifically examines the health benefits of organic food? I can’t find any specific studies or articles that have graphs, data tables, etc. I can find some articles that talk about organic food in general, but not the lack of pesticides, increased nutriional value, etc.
