In the case of non-organic livestock farming, it is normal for antibiotics to be used for preventing diseases and promoting the growth of livestock, unlike organic food farming. Generally, animals are bigger due to the regular injection of antibiotics. Although certain nations like UK discourage farmers from injecting antibiotics in animals for growth promotion but the practice is very much common in such places. Organic food farming uses antibiotics for treating animal illnesses only. It promotes good husbandry and animal stocking levels as a means of preventing possible animal diseases.
With regular antibiotic injection for animals, there is a high possibility of a high residue of antibiotics in non-organic animal meat. This residue would be transferred to the person who consumes the meat. As you may know, antibiotics have strong side effects in terms of health. In other words, people who consume non-organic meat may suffer from serious illnesses at a much later stage in their lives.
Apart from this, certain bacteria and germs in animals could develop full immunity towards the aforementioned antibiotics. Therefore, if a person suffers due to any of this bacteria or germs, it would not be possible to use certain antibiotics for curing the disease or illness. Other than that, some research and studies show good evidence that organic food contains more Vitamin C, minerals and polyphenols in comparison to non-organic food.
Due to the lack of pesticides and other chemicals usage, it is very much understandable. In the case of non-organic farming, it is usual for non-organic farmers to use pesticides for keeping away insects and other pests. However, pesticides are chemical based compounds, which can cause health side effects. Due to their vulnerability in physical terms, children may suffer more health problems compared to adults. Apart from pesticides, artificial preservatives and sweeteners are normally used for non-organic food farming as well. This type of additives give side effects to health, more so as time goes on.
However, organic food farming focuses on natural growth and does not use chemical additives. In other words, organic food is a better choice for health compared to non-organic food, especially for young growing children. Although there have been some studies and research of the benefits of organic food but more intensive research and concrete proof is needed. With such evidence, perhaps, more people may opt for a healthier choice and help to save the environment at the same time.

I will tell you from experience that most internet marketing eBooks out there are just rehashed information that you can get from sites like ezine articles or affiliate marketing forums.
Internet marketing can be a great and fruitful career, “if” you can get the right step by step coaching that you need to succeed with your online career.
Because all of the top marketers out there, have at some stage learnt their trade from someone who was more knowledgeable then themselves and who was generous enough to give them the help and training they needed to become successful online.
But unfortunately not all of them are willing to forward the information they were lucky enough to learn on to us. This is a real shame.
So you and I need to take control and do the research on the Affiliate Marketing Ebooks or products that we are going to purchase.
Here are a few things you could do to make sure you purchase quality Affiliate marketing eBooks or programs.
Don’t fall for the sales page. These guys are experts at creating great looking websites that will make you want to buy, buy, and buy. See if the authors offer a “free” product. So that you can see what information and training they have to offer. That is a favourite of mine. I love anything for free, because you can keep your wallet shut.
A free product is fantastic, as it gives you and I the option to see whether the author of the product is the real deal. Because if they offer you a great “free product” imagine how great the paid version of the eBook would be.
Plus it gives us a look first hand at how they treat their list of customers. Do they treat us like they want to teach us to make money online? Or do they use you and I to promote other peoples products to make themselves richer affiliate marketers?
Hmm food for thought.

Most people have heard of wheatgrass and know it as a wholefood that many people swear by when taken as a supplement. Even those who know little about health food or supplements recognise the name as it’s arguably the best known natural food supplement in the western world. Not everyone knows the myriad of benefits this humble grass of the wheat plant Triticum aestivum can have on one’s health, however. Barley grass is another potent supplement, but it’s less well known than wheat grass, in part due to the more recent discovery of its impressive nutritional benefits. Here, we give you a quick guide to help you know your wheat grass from your barley grass:
Protein and amino acids
Wheatgrass has no fat or cholestorol and is a great source of protein; the protein in wheatgrass contains 19 of the total 22 amino acids, including all eight of the amino acids that our body needs but cannot make for itself. Also an effective source of protein, barley grass has just about the same amount of amino acids (18) and, again, all eight of the ones we can’t naturally produce.
Vitamins and minerals
The list of vitamins found in wheat grass is impressive: A; B1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 12; C; E; and K! You’ll get more vitamin C into your diet with wheatgrass supplements than with oranges and more vitamin A than with carrots (pound for pound). Barley grass shouldn’t be dismissed when it comes to vitamins either: it is rich in B1, 2, 6 and 12 as well as vitamin C. It’s also packed full of minerals, from calcium, copper and iron to magnesium, potassium and manganese. On top of this, barley grass also contains folic acid, organic sodium and beta-carotene, all important for overall health.
Health benefits
As you can see, both wheatgrass and barley grass are fairly matched when it comes to packing a punch with vitamins, minerals, protein and amino acids. So what about the comparative health benefits? Well both supplements help to purify the liver and aid detoxification; both improve blood sugar levels and therefore help prevent diabetes; wheatgrass can act as an appetite suppressant while barley grass can help with weight loss; and proponents of both health food supplements report a general improvement in overall health and well-being.

Do we need organic certification?
The question we’re asking is, do we need to have a system in place to ensure that products advertised as organic are actually organic or should we simply trust everyone involved in the organic supply chain to do the right thing?… and get rid of certification, cutting out swathes of bureaucracy, checks and EU red tape in the process.
